ALL IN ONE
The SpectraAlyzer SPIRITS analytical solution presents the analytical results of important quality parameters in Spirits within a few seconds and is easy to use. Complete distilling process and downstream processing can be monitored by analyzing samples at any stage of production line.

ACCURATE
The important parameters such as alcohol content and density can be analyzed in a single run with results very close to the manual methods. Besides this special parameters e.g. fat and sugar content can be added on request. The instrument comes with preinstalled calibrations which can be fine tuned with our chemometrics software package.

MODULAR
The modular design of the SpectraAlyzer SPIRITS system adapts to all enterprise sizes: from micro-distilleries, beverage laboratories to industrial type distilling operations and from a one sample application with a syringe to 90-100 samples/hour with a robotic autosampler.

The SpectraAlyzer SPIRITS can achieve a throughput of upto 1000 samples in 24 hrs. Multiple components can be analyzed within a few seconds in a single run.

SMART
The SpectraAlyzer SPIRITS is an all-in-one instrument where connected intelligent accessories are controlled with the integrated instruments processor. Its thermostated liquid cell with air re-cooling ensures the analytical performance independently of the sample temperature, so that even warm samples can be analyzed as is.

CONNECTED
The SpectraAlyzer SPIRITS saves all data on an integrated SQL database. Connected to the companies LAN or the internet the integrated web server enables the data access and instrument control from virtually everywhere – anytime. Fit for LIMS, IoT and Industry 4.0!
